[After the investigation, Galo can be found pacing around the second floor hallway, outside the bedrooms. He's holding a...weird little doll with blue spiky hair. He looks agitated.]

[miscakes]

[Yeah... That's understandable. The doll gets an obvious glance, of course, as Akechi will try to get a better look at it when he approaches.]

... Thymos-san? ["Are you okay?" is a stupid question, so he instead opts for—] Did something happen to you?

[burningrescue]

[Shaking his head - he's actually not pacing so much as trying to smell something? Checking the walls?]

There's smoke in here. You can't smell it?

[miscakes]

... Huh?

[He sounds and looks pretty surprised, so that's probably a big nope.]

No, the hallway looks entirely normal to me... But you see smoke?

[burningrescue]

[Shakes his head.]

I smell a fire, but I don't see nothing. Same for Toi.

[miscakes]

... Then it must be something similar to what some of us have experienced in the last two weeks.

[Huh. He furrows his eyebrows, glancing around the perfectly normal hallway.]

Are you able to determine if the smell is stronger at any point of the hallway?

[Shaking his head. And leaning against a wall.]

It probably won't matter until tomorrow. But it's driving me crazy.

[miscakes]

[He sighs, a bit disappointed.]

I can imagine. It was the same for me, last week. [SPIDERS...] Have you heard of anything else from the others?

[Sigh.]

Well, it looks like the fish monster went up the stairs over there.

[Pointing to the stairs to the third floor.]

Otherwise, I heard there's blood in the billiard room.

Ah, so there's water and slime again.

[It's the fish monster signature, after all... Sheesh.]

Beau. She thinks that's where Mammon died. But Brilith said her room smelled like blood, too.

Mammon-san...? Well, there's the matter of Valentini-san and Meltryllis-san's deaths. Wouldn't it be just as likely that one of them died in the billiards room?

[burningrescue]

[Shaking his head.]

Maybe, but Mammon spent a lot of time in there. And it smelled like wine, too, and he was drinking it this week 'cause of his link with Phoenix.
